    No air conditioning, no screens on Windows, broken window sash cords, cottages are cramped. You have to be out of your cottage from 11am to 5pm even if you are staying over. Santa Cruz is not worth seeing. Go somewhere else. The hinges on the kitchen freezer door are broken, so the door falls off when you try to open it. Breakfast is not provided. Only stale donuts. They also have a 12:00 AM "curfew." Poor WIFI. No internet TV.
